SearchScene is a new browser that helps you save the planet as you search the web.


HOW IT WORKS:

The SearchScene browser is a secure, Firefox-based browser with privacy at its core. It uses the SearchScene charitable search engine as its default search engine and homepage. You can also easily set SearchScene as your new tab page.

Like Google, the SearchScene charitable search engine makes its money from search ads. The big difference is that, instead of hoarding it all, we donate 95% of our profits to charity, focusing on major international charities that are working hard to fight climate change and the suffering it causes. You can choose the charities you want to support by clicking on the heart-shaped charity icon at the top of our homepage.

Your privacy is important: we dont save your searches, we dont store the websites you visit and we dont track you across the web. All your searches are SSL-encrypted and we dont sell your data to advertisers or third-parties. Our browser also removes cross-site tracking cookies, social trackers, cryptominers and fingerprinters from every website you visit.

You have full-control on how you use our browser: keep SearchScene set as your default search engine and help save the planet with every search you make, or choose another search engine like Google; keep SearchScene as your homepage or choose another homepage; set SearchScene as your new tab and get stunning new wallpaper scenery with every new tab you open, or keep it set to Top Sites, giving you access to your favourite sites on every new tab you open. A FIRST-CLASS SEARCH EXPERIENCE:

SearchScene provides the latest, rich-content search results that youve come to expect from your usual search engine, like Google or Bing.
